Cardinal Bluff Retreat is a serene family getaway located in the heart of Texas Hill Country in the small hamlet of Pipe Creek, Texas which is just outside Bandera.  

 

Situated on 6+ secluded acres, the property has everything a family or group of friends needs to enjoy a week in the Texas Hill Country.   At Cardinal Bluff you’ll wake up every morning to the sounds of nature and relax all day in your private pool while the kids burn off energy on the trampoline or exploring the property.

Best of all Cardinal Bluff is a pet friendly Hill Country rental so you’re welcome to bring well behaved pets on your trip.

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning and taking in the views of the Texas Hill Country as you relax in your own private pool.  Cardinal Bluff features a large salt water pool that is yours to enjoy during your visit.  Ample towels are provided as well as life jackets and basic pool toys.  If you feel like watching a movie or listening to music while you take a swim, the pool area features a 36 inch TV with surround sound.  As your day comes to an end, soak up the view of the Texas Hill Country as you take one last dip and watch the sun set.

Pet Friendly Hill Country Rental

Since no family gathering is complete without your pet, Cardinal Bluff is pet friendly!  Your adventurous furry friend will have 6+ acres to run free and take in the Hill Country.  If they’re the adventurous type they’re more than welcome to take a dip in the pool to cool off after spending the day exploring.

Cardinal Bluff has everything you need to enjoy time with the little ones.  Beyond the salt water pool the property features a 12’ enclosed trampoline.  Once you’re done jumping, test your baseball skill in the batting cage (it even has night lighting) or play some corn hole.  At the end of your Texas Hill Country day, kick back and play some board games gather around the fire pit to toast your glass, cook some s’mores and talk about all the fun you’ll have the next day at Cardinal Bluff Retreat.

    Cardinal Bluff is located approximately 45 minutes to San Antonio and San Antonio Airport. The Texas Hill Country cabin is located 9 miles from Bandera and approximately 14 miles from Boerne. Helotes is around 17 miles way

    Absolutely! Cardinal Bluff is an idea lodging option. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house can be booked for several weeks while you're training. Hill Country Dog Center is around 4 miles from the house. What better way to finish a hard day than to come back to a private pool and watch the sun set from a rocking chair.
